Reasons for seeking treatment can be used in the following ways:
The reason for seeking treatment can be used to add the appointment description and duration to the appointment (additional information can also be entered for the appointment if desired).
Note! The reasons for seeking treatment are automatically displayed in the appointment dialog box if the AssisDent internet booking function is enabled.

A reason for seeking treatment can be used to automatically create a planned visit for the patient record, and this can then be moved under the Treatment header when the treatment begins.
Note! In this case, the desired visit template must be attached to the reason for seeking treatment.
Before you can make use of reasons for seeking treatment, you must determine the settings for them in the system settings. If a planned visit is to be created automatically on the basis of the reason for seeking treatment, the visit templates must also be set up and ready for use.
